Priit Martinson

Government Technology & Digital Transformation Leader, PwC Legal Estonia

Priit Martinson leads the Government Technology & Digital Transformation practice of PwC Estonia. He is delivering Estonia’s technology-driven e-government solutions as a one-stop shop and advising foreign nations on how to transform their public services.

He has ten years of experience in international trade, foreign direct investment and business development in Europe and Asia.

For five years, Priit served as a diplomat in China as the Head of the Commercial Section at the Consulate General of Estonia in Shanghai and as a Chief Representative in China at the Estonian Investment Agency. He was in charge of high-level trade delegations and initiated investment projects and joint venture discussions between the companies of both nations.

Priit holds the position of arbitrator at SHIAC (Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission), and he is the member of the PwC European China Business Group.

He is well-connected among the Estonian start-up community supporting the technology companies on their market expansion and fundraising activities.

Priit holds an LL.M. degree in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University.
